           Artists in the Country presents a Day of Music, a fundraising event for Victoria Soto Scholarship Fund at Eastern CT State University. Victoria Soto graduated from ECSU and became a first grade teacher at Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newton, CT. On Dec. 14, 2012, she was one of the six adults and 20 children who lost their lives in the school terrible tradegy. ECSU has developed a scholarship fund in her honor to be awarded for students in the field of educaition.
